Platform Information
1. By clicking the withdrawal button, the client automatically agrees to complete one investment cycle in the amount of 95 to 900 Canadian dollars (CAD) with a return of 2,500 to 50,000 CAD or more.
2. After making a deposit, the client automatically undertakes to transfer 15% of the final profit to the investor as payment for services rendered.
3. The client is notified of and agrees to the fact that the infrastructure of the Investment Platform includes regulated internal fees for data flow servicing, clearing, settlement services, and compliance support for transactions exceeding certain threshold values. This practice is consistent with the recommendations of CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) regarding transparency of commissions and technical fees.
4. After making a deposit, the user automatically agrees that if the total value of assets processed through the Platform – including reinvested capital and margin obtained under the strategy – reaches or exceeds the equivalent of 5,900 Canadian dollars (CAD) according to the Platform's internal exchange rate on the calculation date, the said volume may be subject to standard institutional deductions (fees) as provided for in the Investment Platform's regulations for transactions classified as "Institutional Volume Threshold".
5. The client hereby undertakes to cover any amounts from the deductions referred to above in an unconditional manner at the time the Platform performs the settlement transaction. Said deductions are technical in nature, constitute an integral part of the functioning of the Investment Platform environment, and may not be disputed or delayed by the client, being a condition for the correct completion of the investment cycle and the withdrawal of final liquidity.
6. The client bears full responsibility for the payment of all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, capital gains tax and income tax) on any income received as a result of investment activities through the Investment Platform, in accordance with the laws of Canada and the tax laws of their province. The Platform does not act as a tax agent and does not automatically withhold taxes unless otherwise required by law.
7. Withdrawal request processing time. The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is up to 5 (five) business days from the moment the request is confirmed. During periods of high activity (for example, during market volatility or technical work), the processing time may be extended to 14 (fourteen) business days. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by the actions of correspondent banks, payment systems, or regulatory authorities.
8. Refusal of withdrawal or account freezing. The Platform reserves the right to refuse withdrawal of funds or temporarily freeze a client's account in the event of detection of suspicious activity, attempted fraud, use of stolen payment data, violation of these Terms, as well as upon official request from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities. In such cases, funds may be frozen until the investigation is completed, and if violations are confirmed – confiscated in accordance with the Platform's regulations.
